Typical B&B hotel. They're not the cheapest but you always get a nice and modern hotel with all you need This one is located a bit out of the center which we wanted. Especially when you're there with the car, the centre is just 10 mins away and the price is a lot cheaper than anything you can find in the direct neighbourhood. The hotel is located in an industrial street where you can park directly in the street, so you don't really need to take the parking place at the hotel itself which costs 10 euros per night. Ok price, but great that there's a free option right outside.

Very well situadet in a quiet area of the hotel.We arrived a 3 AM in the morning(traveling by car from barcelona) the gentlemen from the recepcion was waiting for us,the check-in amd payment were very quickly.Good parking on the underground with elevator access directly in the level where the room is situated.Big Note for access into the rooms and parking with a code:saves a lot of time.The room was good size,very clean,very confortable beds.Good size bathroom&shower.overall,an excellent stay!

The room was a great size. Very comfy bed and handy to have a desk to work at during the festival. On several main bus routes. Handy location for the screenings at the Cineum venue.

Very nice staff. There was a technical issue when we checked in that kept us waiting for a bit, but the staff offered free breakfast which is great. In terms of location, we had a car so not sure how accessible with public transportation. There are plenty of space for parking on the street (FREE!) so it's convenient. Driving to the la croisette took about 15min ish. Not very close but with a car no problem.

Room had all things one needs, breakfast Ok, but around 3-5 min waiting time depending on time in the morning. It was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful

accessibility,cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff and of course. the hot breakfast,it would have been nicer if breakfast is not the same everyday. Also liked the secure parking that is the best part. Quiet and peaceful .

Totally exceptional. Very well furnished rooms. A nice small swimming pool. Nice location. Great staff and s great host. A wonderful breakfast. The rooms have incredible devices to make you more comfortable.

Quiet neighborhood, everything accessible with the same code (room, parking, etc), no keys to drag around. Parking right under the hotel (about 8 euro/day supplement). We arrived late so we did not go to the beach. Nearby, there is a nice parkie with an access to the beach, around Square de Morès, but it closes too early, around 6.30pm.
